Return Policy

Terms and Conditions for CHIU YUEN SHING AIRCONDITIONING LTD (hereinafter referred to as the“our company”) 


Terms and Conditions for Product Ordering and Product Exchange

  1. Product ordering, exchange, delivery and installation service is only applicable to specific product.
  2. If the ordered product is out of stock, customers may use the deposit to purchase another product, or request for a refund of the deposit.
  3. If customers pay with consumption voucher and the ordered product is out of stock, the customer can choose to refund the paid amount to the designated platform. This is only applicable for AlipayHK, Tap&Go, and WeChat Pay HK. Due to technical difficulties, refund will not be available for Octopus payment platform. Customers can choose to exchange for other goods if they needs to return the goods.
  4. We do not accept refund, replacement or order cancellation except for out-of-stock, non-human damages and off-size products.
  5. Customers must book for delivery and installation service of the ordered product within 30 days from the date of placing the order. If the delivery service is not booked within 30 days, the deposit paid would be forfeited and could not be used for exchange for other product.
  6. If the size of the product does not meet with the customers' requirement, the customers may request for a change in the product model or product brand at same price, but a handling fee of 30% or above of the purchase price would be charged. No refund would be made.  Our company reserves the right not to change the product for the customers.
  7. If the customer chooses to pay in installments and requests a refund after payment, the customer will be required to absorb 5% handling fee of the refund amount.
  8. Packaging, accessories, user guide and blank warranty card should be returned together with the product in good condition for exchange or refund.
  9. The product to be returned should not be damaged, stretched, defaced or contains any trace of water damage.
  10. No exchange would be made for product which has been registered on-line for warranty service or has undergone any repair.
  11. All gift items must be returned together with the returned product, otherwise the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.
  12. At the time of product exchange, customers must present the original receipt and/or invoice to our company for cancellation.
  13. If the customer has confirmed the delivery date when submitting the order, and the delivery needs to be postponed after the confirmation, the customer will be required to pay an additional storage fee. The weekly storage fee is 2% of the amount of the goods, and if it is less than one week, it will also be counted as one week.
  14. If the customer chooses to pick up at the store when submitting the order, customers are requested to pick up the product within 7 days after the product arrives at the store. If the product cannot be picked up within 7 days, the customer will be required to pay an additional storage fee. The weekly storage fee is 2% of the amount of the goods, and if it is less than one week, it will also be counted as one week.
  15. Products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold and delivered to the assigned address with *customer's signature. *Customer here refers to anybody who signs at the delivered address, includes but not limited to customer, family members, housemaid, renovation representatives and distributors.
  16. Our company reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of our company.
