Delivery Policy

Delivery is made to places in Hong Kong city area. However, if the destination is in somewhere far from the city area, such as Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, Ma Wan etc, we will charge additionally according to the manufacturer's delivery charge list.

Below are regular charges, final prices may subject to changes depending on the details of each order:
1. Additional delivery fee HK$400 per product for delivery to Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Park Island; additional delivery fee HK$600 per product for delivery to Discovery Bay and Lantau Island.
2. For any single order with purchase value (net value) higher than HK$5,000, or purchase of designated product(s) > customer will enjoy free delivery service (except Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Park Island, Discovery Bay and Lantau Island).
3. Upon purchasing designated product(s) stated with free delivery service, customer will enjoy free delivery service on that particular product(s) (except Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Park Island, Discovery Bay and Lantau Island).
4.For any single order with purchase value (net value)  not higher than HK$5,000, customer will be charged per item $100 to arrange delivery (except Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Park Island, Discovery Bay and Lantau Island).
5. Delivery service does not cover outlying islands, restricted districts and overseas.
6. If staircase is involved in delivery process, there will be extra handling cost incurred and customers will pay such extra fee to the delivery person directly.
7. If there are stairs involved in the delivery, there will be extra handling cost incurred : small appliances (per item): $50/10 steps, large appliances (per item): $150/10 steps.


Please ensure you have your old appliance disconnected from the water/mains/gas supply and ready for connection.

To help us achieve this, our delivery service is carried out by the manufacturer's recommended agents. Most of our manufacturers deliver with a two man crew to ensure they handle the product with the great care and attention it deserves.
 

 

Delivery Checklist
To help ensure that your product is delivered successfully please check the following information and advice: 
     
If customer did not select a delivery date at check-out, please WhatsApp 2117 1772 / 3956 5984 later to book for delivery once you have decided your desired delivery date. Please contact us 10 working days prior to the delivery.
Please provide us with the phone number where you will be contactable on the delivery day. A mobile phone number plus an alternative number is the best.
Please check the dimensions of the product you plan to purchase to ensure that it fits in the space/unit where you plan to put it.
Please make sure you have the relevant services to which your appliance needs connecting.
Please make sure you advise us in advance of anything that may affect your delivery such as restricted parking, difficult access, stairs etc.
Please make sure that there is clear access for the delivery vehicle.
Please make sure that there is a clear access and a route through your home to where you want the product placed. Try walking the path that the delivery team will take when delivering your product.
Please make sure that you check your new appliance is the correct model and color.
Please make sure that you check your new product for any damage & that all accessories are included where possible before the delivery team leave. You do however have 7 days to notify us if this is not possible at the time.
Any discrepancies should be noted on the delivery paperwork.


Please ensure that you read the manufacturers installation and instruction book before you use your new product.
